In-person Attendance Fees

Register 2 delegates at the standard rate and then receive a significant saving of €500 per subsequent delegate. Please remember to book together with your colleagues.
Example Organisation registers four delegates. Delegate 1 & 2 = €985.50 x 2 = €1971 Delegate 3 & 4 = €405.50 x 2 = €811 Total = €2782 + VAT (saving €1600*)

Please note that, whilst it is now planned to host the LPI Congress 2021 as a hybrid event, we will continue to monitor the situation in the lead up to the event with the health and wellbeing of our delegates remaining our top priority.
If you can no longer attend either the physical or virtual conference, the following terms will apply:
– Before the 17th September, a full refund minus a €100 administration fee will apply.
– Cancellation on or after the 17th September, full payment of the conference ticket will be due. Substitutions are possible free of charge.
Participants can however switch to or from either physical or in-person at any time. To switch outside of a force majeure scenario (see below for more details on force majeure) will be subject to the following terms and conditions:
– If you are switching from in-person to virtual, a refund/credit note will be issued to cover the difference due.
– If you are switching from virtual to in-person, an invoice will be raised to cover the new, due amount.
If a participant has to cancel due to force majeure, please get in touch to discuss.
In case Legal Protection International has to cancel the physical event in Vienna, your booking will be automatically transferred to the virtual conference. Any required refunds to cover the difference would be processed within 2 months following the transfer of your booking.
